Susie Nancarrow-Glenn is a San Diego Native and Flagship Broker of Nancarrow Realty Group, Inc. Susie was born and raised in Coastal North County San Diego and comes from a long line of successful Realtors spanning 90 years.

Susie grew up in the real estate business as her grandmother Margaret Courtney was a broker in La Jolla. Susie has some interesting memories of her Grandmother working on real estate deals, whisky and cigarettes… she was a power house. Susie is so excited to be teamed up with Hannah Nancarrow Woods and Elyse Dittrich and Julie Gutierrez. Susie expects her client to feel this support and love as a team and a group in every transaction.

Elyse Dittrich Stassel is a Real Estate Broker with Nancarrow Realty Group and a coastal north county native, offering an excellent understanding of local real estate and local lifestyle. She is passionate about her industry, serving on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors since 2015, and she loves that at the root of this business is the people and the relationships she builds which make her mostly referral based. Whether it be a first time home buyer or seasoned investor, her approach is service-focused, with her clients’ goals and aspirations as her main priority. Elyse enjoys spending her free time with family and friends in her beloved community.

Hannah is a licensed real estate broker and 4th generation North County San Diego native. She earned her degree in television journalism from San Diego State University and transitioned from a career in television news to pursue the other family business…real estate. For Hannah, the most important part of the real estate industry is having the opportunity to connect with people and their stories. Julie Gutierrez is the Office Manager and Escrow Coordinator for Nancarrow Realty Group, Inc. and grew up locally in North San Diego County.

Julie is the best in the business, when it comes to the latest real estate rules, regulations, timeframes, contracts and details. Her follow through and diligence provides our clientele smooth and seamless buying and selling experiences.

She has worked in the Real Estate business since 1982, overseeing several offices at a time, as the lead escrow and transaction coordinator for over 150 Real Estate Agents and their managers. Julie and Susie Nancarrow have worked together since Susie first got her real estate license in 1998.

When she’s not working, Julie loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and walking on the beach. She’s truly a JEWEL and we are grateful for her.

Debbie has lived in North County for 24+ years with her husband and son. While she has worked the last 34+ years in the healthcare industry, real estate has always been her passion. Debbie loves the home search; looking at both beautiful homes and finding the potential in others.

When not working, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs. She’s always ready to go on a trip or discover something interesting right here in San Diego County. Debbie would be happy to help you with your next real estate adventure.

Margaux Burdick is a licensed real estate agent, and executive assistant and marketing coordinator for our team. After growing up in Olivenhain, she moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver, majoring in Business Marketing and Business Ethics and Legal Studies. Margaux is now back in San Diego, and has been with Nancarrow Realty Group for almost one year now, soaking up all things real estate.

Outside of work, Margaux is an avid equestrian, and enjoys spending time outside with friends, family, and of course, animals.
